Exchange and return
Any product purchased from us on the site can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after receiving the parcel without signs of use.
Shipping or post-paid fees are not refundable except for manufacturing defect exchanges.
In the case of a return, the money for the product is returned within 5 days after receiving the parcel to the client's bank card. To exchange the product or issue a return, you need to write to us in Viber or Telegram (+380506181375) with a description of the problems.
